Inspired by the muted colors of Southern California chaparral in fall and winter, the Chaparral Baby Quilt pairs a warm hand-block printed check with a small floral reverse. A striped binding adds contrast and gives the design a slightly more traditional feel.
Each quilt is hand-block printed in Jaipur, then filled with cotton and hand-stitched using traditional kantha techniques. Subtle variations in color, print, and stitching are a natural part of the handmade process.
